Terms of Service

Commission Structure: We propose a commission of 5% of the annual rent for each successful lease agreement secured. Additionally, if cooperation with another agent is required, a fee of $500 will be applied.

Post-Lease Management


Upon completion of the lease term, we will initiate advertising efforts for new tenants at least 30 days prior to lease expiration. Our post-lease management services include:


Supervision of tenant move-out procedures

Conducting thorough walk-through inspections to assess property condition

Consulting with property owners regarding any issues identified during inspections

Lease Renewal Process

In cases where current tenants opt to renew their leases, we offer a streamlined renewal process. A fee equivalent to half or one full month’s rent will apply upon execution of the new lease agreement.
