Buyer’s Agent Agreement

Introduction

This Buyer’s Agent Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of acceptance by the Buyer Shayna Hanson through the action of clicking the designated link. By clicking this link, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Parties

This Agreement is between:

Buyer: Shayna Hanson

Agent: Kenneth Patterson, licensed real estate agent, representing Global Luxury Realty LLC

Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a formal relationship between the Buyer and the Agent for the purpose of locating and purchasing real estate.

Scope of Services

The Agent agrees to provide the following services to the Buyer:

Assist in identifying suitable properties based on Buyer’s criteria.

Schedule property viewings.

Provide market analysis and property evaluations.

Negotiate offers on behalf of the Buyer.

Guide the Buyer through the closing process.

Duration

This Agreement shall commence on the date it is accepted by clicking the link and shall continue until terminated by either party with written notice or upon successful completion of a property purchase.

Compensation

The Agent will be compensated as follows: 3% of Purchase Price

The Buyer agrees that compensation for services rendered will typically be paid from the seller’s proceeds at closing, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

In cases where no commission is offered by a seller, the Buyer agrees to pay a fee of 3% directly to the Agent.

Buyer’s Obligations

The Buyer agrees to:

Work exclusively with the Agent during this Agreement’s term.

Provide accurate information regarding financial qualifications and property preferences.

Notify the Agent promptly about any properties of interest.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during this Agreement, including but not limited to financial details, personal information, and negotiation strategies.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State].

Acceptance
